I know of someone who is battling feral cats in his neighborhood. He's very afraid they're going to start spreading disease. Most of the neighbors seem to feel the same.

ReplyDeleteIf he's so afraid, tell him to set baited traps for the cats & have the local shelter pick them up.
They will either be neutered/spayed & released, or euthanized.
