    we have a new "exhibit" at the philly zoo - big cat falls. It's a close-to-natural habitat for the kitties. At one point, the only thing between you and them is a big plexiglass wall. My son and I were hunted by the lion. It was pretty darn scary.

    What a gorgeous trio!

    In the wild, three would not survive. But the zoo can give optimum conditions for all of these cuties to grow big and strong.

    They are wonderful! Isn't amazing how such a cute little fuzzball can grow into such a powerful and graceful creature?

    bw: Busch Gardens has one of those too. It's a good thing the Plexiglas is very thick & very strong.

    nanc: yay! I finally found an animal you like besides chickens.

    They are gorgeous, but I really like the striped ones better. It looks like the white one got shortchanged.
