Toshiba Builds 100x Smaller Micro Nuclear Reactor At 20 feet by 6 feet in size, and powered by reservoirs of liquid lithium-6 (an isotope that is effective at absorbing neutrons), it would produce electricity at about half the cost of grid energy.

ReplyDeleteI want one too, but it will take some time. Toshiba plans to install the first in one in 2008 and will market to Europe & USA in 2009.
