Mother Hill

Have you seen the new campaign ads where Hillary's mother, Dorothy Rodham, talks about why her daughter should be the next president of the United States?

I couldn't help thinking of Nellie and her mother, Mrs. Oleson.

*gag* pass the barf bag.

  1. we have dish family programming - there'd really be no need for any of the channels we have showing such nonsense...hehehe...

  2. Yes I've heard it and must be a reason they need to get her own mother to come out and convince people she's a nice person.

Also heard, a lot of her own campaign staff have jumped ship to help Obama's camp instead so maybe thats why she is no nice person to work for.

  4. nanc: I saw the campaign ad on the internet via Drudge, not on TV.

The early Little House eps. were good. The second generation ones... not so good.

BTW did you know that 6 actors that worked as regulars on Little House are dead (including Nellie's husband Percival who died at 34).

  5. shover: Yeah, I agree. Frankly, it looks like a sign of desperation, but it's too soon to celebrate.

I want it to be flopsweat time for Hill. I want to see a huge loss. That's the only thing that will stop her relentless drive for power.

    We're not there yet.

  6. I thought it was a joke when I first heard it: vote for me because my mother likes me?

  7. brooke: There is nothing they won't do to win.

jan: Really. Even Godzilla's mother loves him.

  8. jan: Or her. I'm not sure of Godzilla's sex. Can anyone enlighten me?

  9. i wonder when a vet will let her close enough to kiss for a photo-op?

remember the one where the vet had his fingers crossed?

  10. I haven't seen the ads, but me thinks that Madaam Rodham doesn't hold a candle to Madaam Oprah when it comes to having an impact on people.
I'm surprised they haven't trotted out Madaam Streisand yet to help rejuvenate Hillary's momentum.
I have a feeling that will be coming.
    I can hardly wait.
