  2. Thank God they got this beast off of the streets. It's getting to where it's not safe for the drug dealers and prostitutes out there.

I have never heard the term Mariah, we just call them farts in Michigan. If it smells like a duck...

  3. Arrested? Instead of being reprimanded, put into detention or suspended for a day or two? Man, that school doesn't mess around.

  4. Deliberately?

So if he had done it by accident, he wouldn't have been subject to legal action?

  5. nanc: lol. Consider it pulled.

chuck: The line "They call the wind Mariah" is from a song by the Kingston Trio. It was a feeble attempt at humor ;-)

pasadena cc: They must've been like mustard gas to trigger an arrest.

jan: How could they tell the difference between farting on purpose versus an accidental one?

  8. How much time does nose-picking get over there?

  9. caz: It depends if you deliberately pick, pick while you sleep, or pick while in a fugue state.

  10. In honor of the fact that this has been the funniest set of comments on your blog in a while (and jeez, what is it about air biscuits that brings out the humor?) I'd like to give the kid a "get out of jail free card"

and note that I'd be arresting at least one kid every day. My boys LOVE to toot their own horns in class... so to speak. Some of the girls do, too!
