... a photo of my black cat, Felix, who is such a 'fraidy cat that some people in my family joke that they don't believe I own a black cat because they've never seen him. Felix makes himself scarce when company comes over.

Must be something to do with the fact that cats are very intelligent and have people figured out. They are not afraid, they just don't want to bother with others less than them.LOL!

I once had a cat called Felix(I think I mentioned it to you once)He was black and white like the cartoon Felix..

My son is really good with fraidy cats. He can get them to come to him. I wonder if he could use his cat whispering skills on your scaredy cat?
