With reports that Obama's lawyers are looking into censoring and filing frivolous lawsuits against those who use his name and likeness, I expect things like this to flourish while there is still freedom to do so.
Close to my own idea, mine was a likeness of Obama in which you add water and the head grows, much like the real Obama.
