Is anybody else tired of calling them pirates?

    One who preys on others, steals from or uses the work of others without authorization.


    We should from now on refer to them as "Politicians"

    Have you ever read about the actual pirates of the 19th century? They were closer to the latter.

  10. I kind of like seeing pirates in the headlines. I know they're very different, but I get a picture of Captain Jack Sparrow and Long John Silver every time I read about them. It keeps me happy.

  12. The term does seem out of place and romanticizes these criminals. If they ever try to board my yacht, I shall engage them in a bit of swashbuckling with my trusty side sword... Just kidding. I'd just shoot 'em.
