Hanes Drops Ads Featuring Charlie Sheen
Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Those ads where Sheen tried to insinuate himself into Michael Jordan's life for some kind of weird bromance thing revolving around underwear were just plain stupid.
I, for one, am glad Hanes gave Sheen the Tiger Woods boot.
What Hanes SHOULD do is make massive amounts of underwear that are impregnated with highly corrosive acid that's headed for the Middle East.
ReplyDeleteAnother celeb mug shot. Those were strange commercials. The only redeeming feature was Charlie willing to do the self-deprecating humor stuff. I used to watch that 2.5 dudes show.

Sorry, Steve, when you are at the Pentagon, standing at a podium, debriefing the Joint Chiefs of Staff, I will be the one averting my eyes.
Seems as if advertisers are shying away from sleazy celebs/athletes. I see it as a good trend.

I can't believe it took so dang long for then to do it. It's not like this latest thing is the first that's come out. I'm so sick of celebrities as it is. Need I mention Lady GaGa, Chris Brown, the NFL, NBA? Ugh. I wish they would all just go away.
