I'm more concerned about his lack of professional acumen that he would discuss the particulars of a case BEFORE he has any evidence and at the possible cost of giving the defense attorney reason for a mistrial.

If Dupnik is an example of law enforcement in Pima County, it's no wonder the ranchers are up in arms. This guy makes Barney Fife look like Sherlock Holmes.
The man is a starstruck fool, a total embarrassment to law enforcement everywhere.
