Sue Hanes: I didn't post the unfortunate girl's face because I thought people might think it would add to the already gory story. Not everyone is a true crime afficionado. I decided to post a photo of another mystery head instead.

Surprised it took the authorities that long to connect Rifkin to the crime. What a sicko!
