Independence Day

I know it's Friday, but it feels like a weekend day. My husband went golfing early, so I got to sleep in, something I don't often do. My girls will be around and there will be some fine meat to be grilled later on in the day and some celebratory fireworks.

On our nation's birthday, I want to thank those courageous men and women dedicated to preserving the freedom we enjoy everyday.

Happy Independence Day!
