  1. Yes, there's a difference, and neither has to do with a BBQ and a beer.

  2. Yes there is a difference. I just saw a video on Facebook where a guy was asking folks what Memorial Day was about and no one knew. What a shame.

Have a blessed day my friend. ☺

  5. Yes, and Armed Forces day is to honor those currently serving. My heart goes out to all who have lost a loved one in the line of duty.

  6. Exactly Right. Flanders Fields where Poppies grow and a thousand other places where young men who hadn't even lived yet and older men, and young and older women gave it all willingly. And to their families and friends who sacrificed much emotionally and spiritually.

Imagine being the spouse and family and going to answer the door to see a couple well dressed military types with iron faces standing there. I can't imagine much worse. At least if he or she died in your arms, you'd have something to hold on to.

  7. Cube - We tend to get the two Holidays confused. Memorial day especially. Thanks for straightening it out for us.

    Happy Memorial day - Cube.
