Cat tummies get cold too
That's funny. We've got a cat that loves to sit in front of one of our electric heaters. The round one that throws heat out at you.

Kid: Heat mooching is a universal cat thing. They even do it at my house on those rare occasions when we light the fireplace.
Ours don't need to do that right now, but the other day, it was cold enough to have them hogging the heating pad!
Santa is in for a surprise.
