Monday?



I made coffee this morning at 5 am, but only because I had a hard time falling asleep. Lots of coffee got me through the morning, but I know the ongoing sleep deficit will cause me to crash eventually some time this evening. Insomnia is a pain in the neck.

Maybe a "My Pillow" will help ;)

  5. Sandee: It's a definite pain. I watch so many infomercials at night because I can't sleep, but I've always been a night owl, even as a child. I think it's a curse, but it's not one that I can shake and so it's one that I live with. What choice do I have, really? Basically, you live your life as best you can with your circumstances. That's the way it works.

  6. Messymimi: Well, it's 11:59 AM and I'm not showing any signs of sleepiness. It looks like it's going to be another loooong night for me. Its not that bad. Please don't worry about me. I'll be fine.

  9. I'm up all night every night, on days off too. When desperate tho, extra Vitamin D3 helps you get a few hours in a pinch. Cheap at Walmart.
