  1. As long as human nature is human nature, it won’t end. Sad.

  4. Jan: That's the current thinking by LEOs. Two of the shootings were about 100 yards apart so it seems a likely conclusion.

Whoever it is, he/she is hiding in plain sight because in the last shooting, the cops heard the shot(s) but found only the victim.

I'm not walking alone at night, but I never did that anyway. That said, no one is really safe when there's a random killer on the loose.

  5. Jay Noel: I know that's what the gun control crowd likes to think. I prefer to believe what Lt. Joe Kenda says, "Guns don't go off. They don't, unless you make them go off."

  6. Horrifying. I'm glad I don't live in that neighborhood. The fear has to be horrible. I hope they find this person and soon.

    Have a fabulous day. ☺

  7. Sandee: It's scary alright. It's one of those things that even when you're not actively thinking about, the thought is still rattling around in the back of your mind. They can't catch this SOB fast enough for me.

  9. WomanHonorThyself: Law enforcement is calling for people to not walk alone so I expect that on Halloween people will be out in groups if they go out at all.

We are being cautious but otherwise all is well with us. Angel, I hope you and yours are well, too. Thanks for stopping by :)
