I used to be so proud of California. Now it's run by idiots. Gangs, homeless, drugs and Mexico. That's all that's here except for the very rich that are living large in their fortresses.
It’s a great theory, and in fact, Petsmart only allows adoption of cats and dogs from rescues in their stores. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
