More likely Wisconsin or Minnesota. But it's the thought that counts. In the US there are often polka bands. Roll out the barrel and all that, unwanted pregnancy and barf in the back seat of your car.
Oof. In Germany, someone would have to be pretty drunk, i think, to be caught in those.
