Dragonfly Diet

The average dragonfly can eat its own weight in 30 minutes. Just like millionaire "documentary" filmmaker, Michael Moore.

Sorry, but I can't resist gratuitous fat humor at Michael Moore's expense.

  1. Skewer him all you want; it won't offend me a bit.

I didn't know that dragonflies were such pigs!

  2. I only apologize because poking fun ar Moore's girth is not very original.

As for dragonflies, aren't you glad they're not bigger?

  3. He only eats his own weight? Has he gone on a diet?

Dragonflys are so cool. I could watch them buss around for hours.

  4. Michael Moore bugs the living crap out of me (and the dead and undead crap, too.)

I didn't know that about dragonflies! I imagine they have a pretty outrageous metabolism, though. That's cool!

  5. Yeah, but how much does a dragonfly weigh? An ounce?

  7. It's all relative. Yes, a dragonfly is light, but to the dragonfly, it's still its whole body weight. In other words, it's big to the dragonfly, who must eat voraciously to maintain its metabolic output.

  8. Oh my goodness! If dragonflies were as big as cows, it would be terrifying!

  9. Yes, we humans would be like Chinese food for the cow-sized dragonflies, except they'd be hungry again in a half hour.

  10. Cow-sized dragonflies are weird, but dragonfly sized cows...now THAT's freaky!
How would you milk them? Tiny tweezers.
