  1. I wonder if she/he made it up to those hangers the same way our cat did by clawing and causing lots of damage to beautiful, expensive suits of my husband's.

  2. I thought the song was "Cat in the Cradle" not cat in the closet?

  5. Actually, I was sort of thinking the same thing as elmer's brother. In my mind the song started, "The cat's in the closet with the silver spoon..."

That's a cool song. Why don't they ever play that on the radio any more? I'm gonna write my congressperson.

  13. Hey Cube I have a conundrum for you... Why.. is a toilet refered to as a cubicle , when in actual fact it is often a rectangle ? Always puzzled me it has

  14. That looks like it should be painful, but that cat seems pretty comfy.

  17. yhtak: toilets are called cubicles? That's got to be an example of Aussie speak.

  21. Aww you were my last hope ebuc.. Why you being a cube and all! Sigh.. Didn't realize " toilet cubicle " was an Aussie perculiarity!!.. Well we Aussie's can be a weird lot here down under.. See, that cat in the closet would be cat in the cupboard (or wardrobe) here in Oz.

  22. kathy: Perhaps "toilet cubicle" doesn't refer to the round porcelein bowl but to the surrounding rectangular-shaped cubicle? What we call a stall.

Closet. Cupboard. Wardrobe. The differences are small compared to the similarities.

  23. That's adorable, but I have to know how the cat got in there!

Sorry for my absence of late Cube. Hope all's well. :)
