Pupsicle

Out of Reuters comes this story about a German woman who found a frozen dead dog when she opened the refrigerator freezer compartment in her new apartment.

The previous tenant told the police that didn't have time to give it a proper burial.

Huh?

Just a reminder folks, to please check all of your kitchen appliances before you move out.

  14. When I moved in to an apartment right off of campus, the previous tenant told me there was a weird smell and she couldn't figure out what it was. It was a cool apartment, and living quarters were always in short supply near my university, so I took it anyway.

About a week after I moved in, I found a plastic bag with chicken in it that she'd leftin a cabinet several weeks before. It was all full of maggots, and even the upstairs neighbor was complaining about the stink. It was truly awful, I figure that must be what it's like when someone dies and no one finds them right away.

Now I'm really careful about my trash and food storage, that was nasty...

  15. raggedy: that's a mouthful and a half.

poppy: I think I'd rather have some detergent and water if that's OK with you... ;-)

    birdwoman: ewwwww

jen: You bring up a good point. I guess finding some frozen 'meat' product in your new home is preferable to finding some that is
well on it's way towards putrefaction.

    brooke: I hear you.

As this matter additionally shows - such lawsuits, as a consequence of the nature and degree of the injury to the baby, can lead to a considerable recovery.
