As for "Out of Africa": lovely cinemaphotography - how could it not be with that landscape - but does anyone seriously remember anything about it other than Meryl's accent?
NO ONE has "Out of Africa" as a favorite film, NO ONE. Least of all as a favorite "recent" film. Twenty two years ago is not recent, even for someone of Hilary's age.

ReplyDeletecaz: very good! very astute! when I think of "Out Of Africa", my first thought is of Elaine Benes (of Seinfeld fame) talking about how the dingo ate her baby & I can't take this film seriously.
