Grads Done

Graduation season is over at my house and both cubelets did well.

The dog chewed up the youngest's cap and tassle and we had to hustle to get a replacement, but she graduated with many honors and received a small scholarship to high school.

The oldest qualified for a Florida Medallion scholarship that pays 75% of college tuition.

Mr. Cube and I are very proud of them. We are also glad to have survived all the festivities :-)

Congrats to the Cubelets for all their accomplishments, and to Mr. & Mrs. Cube for surviving it all.
As parents, seeing our kids excel and move towards reaching their goals and dreams is amazing and rewarding.
    God bless your family.

  3. Thanks, guys. We are poorer in the wallet as a result of the double grad experience, but richer in the soul. Our girls made us very proud.

  6. nanc: The girls do love chocolate, but they draw the line at being slathered in it ;-)

tmw: Thank you. I feel like I can breathe again. It's a wonderful feeling.

  7. Congratulations. I always think parents deserve accolades as much as the graduates.
