Right Is Right

Facts? We Don't Need No Stinkin' Facts

This is why I'm a conservative.

  1. No, we honestly don't need those facts from the likes of Sean Penn. Yeah, he's a reliable source.

We think for ourselves, Cube, that's why are conservatives.

And I thank God for that!

  2. Recently I took a broccoli casserole to a luncheon. A woman who is an acquaintance (and that's all I want her to be) asked if it was organic broccoli.

I decided to have a little fun with her and got very offended: "Is there anything else worth eating?"

She took this for a yes and raved about the dish all afternoon. I had to let everyone else in on it.

    What hypocrites.

  3. Leticia: Sean Penn is one of the least reliable life coaches I could think of... OK, maybe Janeane Garafolo 'cause she doesn't know how to shoot a rifle or shotgun... remember how Sean Penn was allowed to use a shotgun during Katrina while the peons were prevented from using theirs?

  5. OMG... in prog-world I'm a terrorist!
I'd be proud to wear a tee-shirt that proclaims that, if that's the mind set. Sheesh!
I agree with Leticia... I can think for myself thank you! And I can see what sheep they are too.

Just yesterday a friend of mine showed me two different watermelon plants they put in the ground at the same time. One organic, one that came from a big box store. Guess which one is thriving and has several little melons on it? Yep, the non organic. The organic one is still about 4 inches long and not even blooming. I don't think they will have time to see any melons on it before our growing season ends.

Me, it's a simple matter of intelligence.

  7. Silly Rabbit: It's all about common sense. That's life.

Love your watermelon story. Bad policies abound. Reminds me of how we're paying tons of money for foreign oil that we can drill for here at a bargain... but we don't.

  9. Obama's speech yesterday proves that he doesn't have a clue as to the factual reality of our economic woes.

  10. AlwaysOnWatch: I'm beginning to think no one can achieve this level of power while appearing to be so utterly stupid.

  11. Not much in politics makes sense to me these days. Heavy sigh.

  12. Yeah, I do remember! Pretty pathetic.

  13. Janeane Garafolo is qualified to speak on public issues due to the fact of her playing a superhero who bowled her father's skull in a movie, and having a feature show on a failed radio network.

Listen to her, she is wise.
