Now that Sean Spicer has apologized for his inartful comment, let's move on. You know, like Chris "Tingle Up His Leg" Matthews was allowed to do.

Jan: Chrissy's decrepit uncle Dafydd never misses a show, but you're right his about his audience being nearly nill. Almost the same exact statement made by Matthews didn't cause a stir, Bush, other republicans and tea party people are called Hilters almost routinely, yet we're supposed to make Spicer resign even after his apologies? I say he stays. I'm tired of seeing step downs and recusals from my side.

I just wish my side fought back at these "news" stories because a lie told enough times becomes the truth in the mind of some people. I feel the need to fight back until we get a semi-even playing field.

I hate the game of "gotcha" the left seems to take as an olympic event. Everyone puts their foot in their mouth at some point. That said, midway into his ramble, Spicer should have just stopped - looked at the camera and said, "you know what? I am a dumb###"." Sometimes ya just have to own it. I haven't even read anything the leftists have twisted about this but it is so predictable.

The left can get away with murder, but we can't misspeak? That's got to change, but until that happens (and unicorns run free) how about our side learns that we're swimming in a tank full of sharks and we should watch our mouths very closely.
