BLT

It was the first thing I thought of when I read about this ... lions, tigers and bears, oh my!

I would never have believed this.

I live and learn.

  1. I saw the title of this post and thought you were going to have a picture of a edible BLT. Very clever.

    Have a fabulous weekend. ☺

  2. Sandee: Thanks to my dental implant, I heven't been able to bite into anything since January. A picture of turkey BLT would've made me salivate. BLT is what the people who care for these animals call the them. I wonder if they're ungoing implant surgery.

  3. I love stories of interspecies bonding, usually they are not of large predators though

  4. I have no doubt the other two knew of Leo's condition as soon as it started.

I'm glad they were rescued. Animal abusers should all go to hell.

  6. Jan: I didn't know large predators could bond that way. I live and learn.

  7. Kid: I'm with on the animal abuse. People do bad things to people for whatever reason, but animals and children are innocent and should be protected by everyone.

  8. Almost any animals can learn to live together if they are well cared for. We people could learn a lot from that.

  9. Messymimi: You're right. I grew up in New York watching Tom & Jerry cartoons where cats and dogs hated each other, but when I actually put them together in my own home, they always got along fine. I didn't know big predators got along with each other. That was news to me.

  10. I almost said torturing animals is like torturing children, don't know why I didn't.

  11. What majestic creatures, and friendship blooms in the oddest of places! A pox to all abusers.

  12. Kid: The sentiment is there. That's good enough for me.

  13. DaBlade: I hear you, but I think about all the evil abusers out there and I worry about the lost ones, whether they be humans or not.
