Cold Snap

Dashing through the geese...

No snow here in sunny Florida, but it is going to be a chilly 42 degrees tonight.

  1. Where Geese don't fly even when you dash through the midst of them?

    The natives of Florida must be friendly.

  2. Either that, or these are very brave geese.

  3. Maybe the geese's feet are frozen, stuck to the ground.

  4. They're waiting to see who he tags. But he won't stop saying "Duck...duck...duck...duck...duck...."

  6. The Geese don't fly because they're so domesticated. Geese are really vermin, just big rats with wings.

    Ducks = cute
    Geese = nasty and mean.

    Geese will spit and use their bills to hit you. One kid had his head split open from a canadian goose, and the father broke the thing's neck, thank God.

    I could only hope for 42 degrees for a high here in St.Louis

  11. Geese are nasty vermin, I agree.
    They are honky and mean.
    They snap.
    There's a lake up here where I live that is infested with geese. When you park your car at the boat dock, they surround your vehicle and honk, demanding food.
    I avoid that place at all costs.
