Tampa Times

I was watching HLN news this morning when this story came on...

Family Poisoned With LSD-laced Meat

I'm watching and thinking how unbelievable this whole story is and, suddenly, the police chief from my town comes on national TV to talk about the case. I'm thinking, "I should have known it was Tampa!"

At this point, I'm smelling something fishy, but we have to wait for the evidence.

  1. Yikes. What Odie said, because I was thinking the same thing. :)

  2. Woodsterman (Odie): I recognized my police chief on national TV, but you brought up California, I checked. It happened in Tampa. Check the link.

  3. Sandee: As I told Odie, it was in Tampa. Like California, we have our collection of nuts and flakes, too.

  4. Let us know the follow up. I am suspecting one of the parents looking for a law suit against Walmart.

  5. Cube - That picture is creepy. If that is true it is very sad. That the meat would have LSD in it.

  6. Read the article. That is unbelievable. It is amazing that the woman didn't lose her baby. In fact, everyone being okay is a miracle. Can you believe they only lived there TWO DAYS??? I bet they are thrilled with this move. Hello Tampa!

  7. It reminded me of those old Reese's Peanut Butter Cups commercials... Hey! you got LSD in my meat. No, you got meat in my LSD!

  10. Sue Hanes: The picture doesn't have anything to do with with news other than the fact that it reminds me of tainted meat.

We really don't know what the whole story is... I have shopped at this particular WalMart... I'm wondering what's going on myself.

  11. Robin: I don't know what's going on... I don't think LSD lasts that long with the cooking cycle. This really sounds fishy to me.
