Bloganymity

Ruling On NightJack Author Richard Horton Kills Blogger Anonymity

According to the High Court of the UK, thousands of bloggers who operate behind the cloak of anonymity have no right to keep their identities secret.

Hmmmm. I wonder how long before this kind of ruling comes across the pond to the States?

I might as well come clean before they out me ... I'm really a circle ;-)

Wow. Do they let people sue over that sort of thing over there?

Worse than that, some of those criminals may want to harm him.

Nice try. You MIGHT be a sphere, but you are certainly NOT a one dimensional geometric shape. (those are obama followers)

Ananda Girl: I don't think a police officer should be divulging information about ongoing prosecutions. I think that's what led the High Court to make such an appalling decision.

X&Y: Don't you feel relieved now that you've come out? ;-)

DaBlade: Good one.
