Liberal Hypocrisy
Librarian Refuses Donation Of Dr. Seuss Books From Melania Trump, Citing 'Racist Propaganda'
Another hateful liberal showcases the hypocrisy of the left. It's OK for moochie obama to read Dr. Seuss to children, but when Melania Trump does it, it's deemed racist.
God help us, we're dealing with evil, conniving manipulators or the terminally stupid. Either way, roll up your pant legs 'cause the BS is overflowing the country.

Throw Back Thursday
From October 2008:
Super Cube
Back then I was sick of the MSM's fanatical love-fest with obama and I wanted to disengage from politics for a bit.
Today I'm sick of the fanatical left's monolithic hate-fest with Trump and I wanted to disengage from politics for a bit.
Funny how that worked out.
The BLOG note: Back in the day a dear blog friend and artist, MCF , drew his blog friends as super heroes and this was Super Cube according to him...
Well, he got the cube and the cat right.
Hope all is well with you MCF.

The Story Of Cats
The above nine pound cat looks like a fat domestic Maine Coon house cat, but you couldn't be more wrong. The Pallas cat is just one of the wonders of the cat world you'll discover while watching this two-part miniseries about the origin of cats.
The Story Of Cats
I watched Part One, Asia to Africa, on Saturday night and I found it to be an outstanding documentary about the origins of cats. No politics, just cats.
I can't wait to watch Part Two, Into The Americas.
If you have a cat, or have ever had a cat, or even if you're just curious about cats, this will give you new insights into cat behavior and it's definitely worth watching.
I'll never look at cats the same way.

Who's Nasty?
Overreaction is an understatement when it comes to this woman. If you want to see the video, it's in the link. I don't want her nasty antics on The Blog:

End Of A Mission
Cassini, The NASA Spacecraft That Expanded The Search For Life Beyond Earth, Dies In Saturn’s Sky
Cassini was the largest outerplanetary spacecraft ever built and performed its near-20 year mission in exemplary fashion.
I admit I was little sad to see it go *poof*.
UPDATE: A reminder that Cassini's launch on 10/15/97 was very controversial because it carried 72 pounds of Plutonium 238. There were many protests and much vocal opposition to the mission. You think they feel foolish today? Nah.

Still Here
Tampa got a lucky break yesterday.
Thank the Lord.
Nothing like a hurricane to make you forget your 35th anniversary. We were too busy staying alive to celebrate.

Vogue
Have you seen this woman? Seriously? An unspeakable Eldritch horror says it all.
MEET THE ‘VOGUE’ WRITER WHO CRITICIZED FLOTUS’S SHOES IN HOUSTON [WARNING-GRAPHIC]
I know this news is a little late, but I just want it known that although there is a monster storm on it's way towards my state, I'm not in no way concerned about what our First Lady is going to wear on her feet when she comes to commiserate our losses.

Twit Is Short For Twitter
A mother can't voice her opposition to a teen magazine's article about anal sex without getting censored?
Say what? you say...
Twitter Bans Activist Mommy For Tweeting Her Dislike of Teen Vogue's Anal Sex Guide
I'm going to pursue this issue because I don't think Twitter has any business banning this woman's account just because they don't agree with her beliefs.
Where do they get off inflicting their intolerant ways onto the public at large?
Who made Twitter the moral arbiters of anything, much less what we, the people, think is acceptable in social media?
Twitter needs to un-ban Elizabeth Johnston's "The Activist Mommy" account because it isn't up to you them to pick sides on the political landscape.
Some Monsters ARE Real
Hurricane Irma Closes In On South Florida’s East Coast
As Floridians we are used to preparing for the worst and hoping for the best.
Also, in trying times such as these, we run or we lay low.
