WomanHonorThyself: Yes, really bad. They're lucky they got out without getting hurt, though, and the husband asked about going back for his wedding ring. One of the firefighters broke a window and retrieved it for him.
Sue Hanes: I don't think there's any rhyme or reason except from the land itself which is limestone close to the surface and covered with sand will cause problems when there's been some some rain. It just happens.

not a good way to start the weekend!!! Have a great one my friend :-)
I saw this on the news last night and somehow knew it was in Florida.

Jan: Of course it's Florida. I first heard about it on HLN Morning Express on Thursday and Robin Meade, the anchor, couldn't say Dunedin for her life.
She had the day off this morning, and her stand in said Clearwater instead. I guess she didn't want to mess with Dunedin either.
This is beginning to become "common." Very scary. I live in Florida...
Cube - I hope you are not near a sinkhole. They are scary. It seems as if they just appear anywhere.
Robin: Yes, it is scary. I don't live far from where this last incident happpened.

I hope it doesn't happen around my house.
Yikes indeed. I wouldn't like this happening in my neighborhood.
Have a fabulous weekend and thanks for visiting Comedy Plus. :)
Sandee: Yes, indeed. I'm looking for cracks in my house.
Is it time to condemn Florida yet?
Woodsterman (Odie): We're getting there ;-)
