Theme Of “Together We Thrive” T-shirt Came From Obama’s Organizing For America and not the University of Arizona brass as we had been led to believe.
Notice that this was unearthed by The Drumbeat of Liberty and the Preservation of Freedom editor and Canada Free Press (CFP) columnist Robert Rohlfing.
Our press was too busy cheerleading for the pep rally... including many conservatives, I'm sad to say.
Unbelievable.

Thank goodness for the internet and the foreign press to keep us informed on what goes on in our own "free press" country.
This is precisely why the left is so adamant to control talk radio and the Internet.
We've been had. The White House said it wasn't involved.
I don't feel like most Conservatives do about the memorial...I think it would have been hard for the audience not to cheer when they honored first-responders, for example..and the cheering gave it that rally air...
I also think the t shirt motto worked for tucson, but it is shocking to see it was used during Obama's campaign; something I have to admit I never saw amid all the other campaign slogans they had so skillfully come up with and employed.
I had the same thought Jan did...it's always CANADA showing the left's ways; they're even better than our own rightwing talk radio, etc.
sorry I haven't been around; am better now and should be back to regular visiting soon.xx
Gah!
Clear evidence that the so-called memorial service was political campaigning.
Tasteless and crude ... but then again, what else would you expect from the left.
Ooops ... was I being too vitriolic in my words? I wouldn't want the Sherif of Pima county coming after me.
Chuck: I'm tired of being had and I think you are too.
Z: Really glad you're feeling better. I've missed your clever imput.
As far as the Tuscon pep rally goes, I don't know Tuscon. I can't speak for the people of Tuscon, but had I been in the crowd, or had I lost a loved one or friend, I would've found the "memorial" offensive.
Would Professor Obama have allowed such cheering during one of his lectures? Any worthwhile prof. would've shut down the students jubilation, especially in light of the solemnity of the occasion.
I think this t-shirt revelation makes the case for an Obama campaign pep rally and not a true memorial.
Another instance where President Bush would've struck the right tone.
Always On Watch: Absolutely. Thanks for the link :-)
Paul Champagne: So true. We should know what to expect from the left by now.
I guess I should expect to be in the Pima county jail cell next to yours ;-)
What was it? Never let a good crisis go to waste?
Ugh! Beyond vile!
This was the beginning of Obama's 2012 campaign, nothing more and nothing less.
I found the whole thing to be distasteful quite frankly.
So gross and so obviously a political brownie-points grab.
And of course Organizing Against America would be behind the t-shirts.
While I liked Obama's speech, for the most part, the demeanor or atmosphere of the Memorial Service was atrocious.
Not that I think BO is going to live up to the words he spoke.
UGH what tools..how low do they stoop?
