Guv'Nahs Feast

Michelle Lets Governors Gorge On 2,000 Calorie Dinner

First, I'm no food expert, but this menu plan leaves much room for critique especially when you're known for spearheading the movement that Americans cut down on their caloric intake.

Second, taste-wise, I think this menu is ghastly. Crab in mac-and-cheese? Ewww.

Spinach is fine, but creamed, and after the weird mac-and-cheese?

*sigh*

The only Governor who's satisfied today is Governor Brewer who chose not to attend.

Some of it was fine, but I agree with you on the crab in mac-and-cheese.

Not to mention the ranch dressing. Some of us are lactose intolerant and eat a lot of that stuff on the menu.

The recommended meals are only for the unwashed peasantry like us.

Cube - I Really don't care for mac 'n cheese - with or without crab.

I like creamed spinach.

And as far as Governor Brewer goes - she can go **** herself - because she was extremely disrespectful to the President of the United States.

And - cube - I know whatcha are thinkin' - but she shouldn't have done it.

Moochelle in YET ANOTHER 'let them eat cake' moment.

Brewer is the only one deserving of respect, as she declined to take part in this Roman vomitarium event.

And yes, Brewer SHOULD be disrespectful of a pResident that deserves NONE.

How respectful were leftists of GW a few years back?

Just sayin'.

Brooke - You have a point there - about Leftist Showing Respect For George W. Bush.

But I'll tell ya one time I spoke out in his behalf - and that's when the Iraqi reporter threw the shoe at The President - and I said more than once that I was Proud of how quick Our President was in dodging that shoe - and how glad I was that the President Of The United States did not get HIT IN THE HEAD WITH A SHOE THROWN BY A F-IN IRAQI REPORTER.
