They're really smart...

Cube - Wow! I'm surprised that the octopus gave up so easily.
Maybe he just wanted to give the diver a scare. He didn't really want the camera after all.

Sue Hanes: I don't think the octopus was trying to hurt the diver, I think it was just being curious. They're very intelligent animals.
