Nightmare Over?

You all know how I voted and I think we're on a better tracknow, but I'd be happier if the untrustworthy Obama didn't speak for Trump. I think Trump is fully capable of speaking for himself.

Obama Says Trump Is Committed To NATO

When the left wins, they're all about WE WON and you can just stuff it. When the left loses, they're all about working together in unity.

Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather hear what Trump is going to do from Trump himself.

It's the disruption of the left that has me worried. They have been and will continue to disrupt whatever they can. Soros and his ilk will stop at nothing to push their agenda. I know Trump can handle it though, but why should the rest of us have to watch these idiots.

I voted for Trump too. I can't stand Hillary.

Have a fabulous day. ☺

If all of us could work together, all of the time, we'd be in much better shape. Wanting to work together only when you lose doesn't help us one bit.

Great image/meme. I'm going to withhold judgement on this kind of stuff until after the Jan 20. No doubt the left is doing everything possible to legitimize itself.

History will eventually be honest. obama has accomplished nothing positive for America or the world for that matte.

Although I voted for the present leadership, I get a little nervous when one party holds both branches of government. My favorite word is gridlock.

Jan, cordially, we had a leftist dictator for 8 years with no opposition form the 'right'. The 'checks and balances' were non-existent. The obama administration was the most lawless corrupt in the history of America. Personally I pray for a dictator on the right to balance things out.

Sandee: I worry about the left's actions myself because I've tried to corral several two year old children and that was a handful in and of itself and they were tiny and cute. Image having to deal with mobs of these spoiled, over-sized toddlers who didn't get their way... I don't know how we find police brave enough to deal with them. Thank goodness we do.

I say we go to the source. The funding of these professional protesters needs to dry up. I'm thinking we need to shut down Soros and his operation, otherwise these bused-in, paid, professional protests will continue. Honest citizens are sick of Soros and his puppet-mastery.

Messymimi: Absolutely. Both sides need to come together in an honest attempt, but try telling that to the left. From my perspective, every time the right has extended a hand to the left, the right has pulled back a stump.

Kid: I hope you're right, but in my experience I've seen history re-write itself before my very eyes over the years. Hillary Clinton, given her history, should never have been anywhere near being a presidential candidate and much less given her questionable health issues, yet, her heavy water, i.e., deuterium oxide, was carried by the mainstream media for decades.

The missteps that got us here need to be stepped back. Our schools, our State Department, our Department of Justice, our FBI... indeed, the entire Obama government... they all need to be reviewed because they have failed us. I hope Trump's administration will facilitate these reviews.

We need to be aware of the lies that come out of the "Ministry of Truth", now even more because of the left's loss, they're only going to redouble their efforts to thwart the ideals of most Americans.

Jan: I can see your point, but I know that the main stream media is going to be watching Trump like a hawk eyeing a baby rabbit. That's the beauty of our system at work. It would be nice if the same journalistic keeness occurred on both sides of the aisle, but we all know that "jouor-no-lists" only ferret out dirt on the right, while blithely skipping by the indiscretions of the left. Believe me, despite the overwhelming power of GOP, any untowardness of the Trump administration, such as the numerous ones that occurred during the "transparent" Obola regime, will be found and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Case in point: the Scooter Libby case. Republicans are prosecuted even when they didn't do anything unlawful.

All eyes are going to be on Trump and God help him if he even returns a tape without rewinding it first.

Kid: I mostly agree with your comment to Jan. I differ only in the point about the "right dictator". First, I don't want a dictator, period, and, second, the right will never come near the dictatorial/executive powers Obama had because the right is held to a different standard by the main stream media. God forbid Trump ever returns a library book late or forgets to return a video tape without rewinding it before the shouts for impeachment rise from the left. Despite the excesses of Obama's regime, the left just looks the other way. The right is held to a higher standard. A higher standard is a good thing, but my problem is that both sides of the political aisle should be held to the same standard.

Cube, I agree with you largely. My thought is we haven't had any checks and balances in the federal government (at least) for 8 years. That has to be balanced out somehow, and a dictator on the right was the only think I can think of. Trump needs to reverse oodles of executive orders and Congress needs to get done what needs to get done on major issues like obammycare, immigration, and other countries using us like we're Cinderella. We need lawfulness returned or we gonna take a huge slide down the next time a dem gets into power. Fingers in the dikes.

Kid: I'm with you re: not having had any checks and balances for 8 years during "the most transparent administration ever". Now that sarcasm is over, Obama's junk needs to be undone and I want Trump to dump it in the trash heap where it belongs. I just don't like the dictator title. The grand narcissist in chief would've adored the term of dictator, but I don't think our president-elect would like it. I think he'd prefer Mister President.
