You will never see me out on Black Friday. There has never been anything I needed to get that badly. Does your cat have different colored eyes or is it a photography glitch?
Nice cat. It's been a long time since I've done something with the herd. I'm a non-conformist. If I sense Mad would like something I don't wait until her birthday or Christmas. Obviously I don't shop on black Friday or buy flowers on Valentines day. I do eat Turkey on Thanksgiving though. Costco gives Mad a free turkey and you gotta do something with it and I do like hot turkey on bread with gravy.
Granny Annie: It's funny you would bring that up. One of our cats knocked over the home office TV and destroyed it. Although he hates shopping too, my husband felt compelled to go out on Black Friday and buy a new one. Yes, it was a long weekend and, darn it, he wanted his TV.
The cat in the post is a pic I found on the Internet. I believe it may be photoshopped because heterochromia usually occurs in cats whith white coats.
I do have a husband with heterochromic eyes, although the difference isn't as stark as it is in the case of this cat.
Messymimi: Our Thanksgiving went well, thank you, and I hope yours went well, too. As far as Buy Nothing Day, I was telling Granny Annie (above comment) that one of the cats knocked the TV over and broke it. Despite it being Black Friday, Hubby ran out to buy a replacement right away. Technically, we bought something.
Kid: I have a non-conformist streak myself and that means I decide what to follow. Having turkey on Thanksgiving is a tradition that I choose to follow because I love it. Not only is the initial meal heavenly, but so are the leftovers.
My husband and I never wait for a holiday to buy gifts either. Life is short and we feel there is too much commercialism around holidays.

I've never shopped on Black Friday. Never and I'm like you, I hate to shop too. In, get what you need and leave.
I linked this post to Feline Friday. Black cats are the best.
Have a fabulous day and weekend. ♥
I agree 100%. So does Erica kitteh...
Very pretty kitty, unique eyes.

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving, and that your Buy Nothing Day went well.

Sandee: I've never been a big shopper. Like you, I get what I need and move on. I've had friends tell me I'm too practical. Go figure.
Adrienne: You and Ericah kitteh are both wise in my book.
pilch92: IDK it may be Photoshopped.

Whoa! Look at those eyes!
Me too! I am too poor for expensive gifts this year... I avoid the store! I have been to Walmart only 4 times this year!
Nice kitty!
