What a great looking snowbird. I love birds and we feed all the birds around here. I love to hear them sing in the spring.

Have a terrific Awww Monday. ☺

The snowy owl is a beautiful bird. I love owls. I was really angry when Harry Potter's snowy owl was killed off.

We feed the birds around here, too, although the squirrels get most of the feed.

Oklahoma is blanked by snow so this pretty birdie needs to visit us. It could hide out easily here.

You KNOW its cold up north when even the snowy owl says "$%#@ IT!"...

Cube - With the weather as cold as it is I don't blame the white owl for heading to warmer temps.

Florida is just the place for it to go.

And that is a beautiful picture wht the contrast of the blue sky and the white of the owl.

teddyhere: I wish that, too. We get owls here, but not the snowy ones. It's rare that they come this far south.

Granny Annie: They're arctic birds, so OK is more like the climate they're used to. It's odd for them to come this far south.

DaBlade: lol. Atlanta was colder than Ankorage, Alaska yesterday. That's why I surmised that the owl was on vacation.

Sue Hanes: It's 41 degrees right now, that's pretty cold for us, especially during the day. That bird picked the wrong time to come to Florida.

It is a beautiful picture. Wish I could enough to a snowy owl to take one of my own.
