Blue Sunset



The Curiosity Mars rover's Mastcam high-resolution, color camera captured the setting sun on the Red Planet.

This Is What Sunset Looks Like On Mars

Of course, this brings up the Martian Sunset Debate... when you look at the Mars sunset, is that blue or do you see gold or black?

You're not nuts. I think it's an artifact on the photograph. That or the Martians are destroying the sun!!!

I'm glad you remembered the Great Dress Debate. I thought it might have been forgotten by now.
