We survived Hurricane Wilma. Thank the Lord, all we got at The BLOG headquarters was some rain and a blustery weekend. Our prayers go out to those who were not as fortunate.
Lately, it seems as though we've gotten more than our share of misery...
...hurricanes, sinkholes, flooding, runaway hungry pythons...
FLORIDA... it's not for the timid.

glad to hear that you came through well! we called down home for my husbands family (they are scattered around Ft Meade, Port Charleotte, Tampa/Clearwater, Bartow areas) and all came through just fine this time! which is great since they got hit so hard earlier in the year.

Exceedingly poor weather in Florida this summer. It's probably because Rush Limbaugh lives there.
