This sculpture entitled Mask III by Australian Ron Mueck is on exhibit at the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art.I hear that Ray Nagin, Mayor of New Orleans has requested that it be exhibited at the New Orleans Museum of Modern Art because that is where it really belongs.

What a magnificant piece, and yet, as an Australian, I'm ashamed to say that I have never heard of Ron Mueck!

Mayor Nagin knows he should not have said what he did, and I don't think he'll be talking about "chocolate" again in public any time soon.
Can you even imagine if a Republican would have said that?
