Wow! Well, how much is education worth? ;) My sister lives in NYC and her shower curtain is of the NYC metro system. Everytime we need to figure out where we're going, it's 'Let's go consult the shower curtain.'
I just hopped out of the shower and thought to myself that I needed a new curtain and here you are Ms. Period Table herself! Kewl, except I need a double size for my tub and $70 is waaay too much!
I saw a table once that had the periodic table on it. Blew my mind so bad I had to be put away--well, it was that and the drugs and the schizophrenia and the electric shocking and the drooling and glavin!
when I was in University our graduating class had sweatshirts made with the upside down periodic table on it. You could read it while you were wearing it!
The price is def a bit higher than some curtains, but the curtain is great quality, and lasts for quite awhile. I have one myself, and it was a fun purchase when I moved into my apt. I get tons of compliments on it, b/c it's unique and pop art looking. The company, Simple Memory Art, does an entire line of envio-friendly products: www.simplememoryart.com. I give it a high five!

Yeah, but how often are you mixing chemicals (legally!) in the bathroom?
Cool curtain, though...
kewl concept..I say go for it!..hehe
We had a periodic table placemat hanging in our bathroom for a while. It was about $3 I think...

I'll just wait for the inevitable knock-off.
That is so wonderful! You need to get one.
I would too, but the mildew problem in my bathroom would make the table unreadable. (Especially the Lanthanide and Actinide series.)
i just reread my comment and I see my brain is still not functioning, so please change my "period" to "periodic".
OK, I blog about science - and I think that shower curtain is really geeky. So that should tell you something.

tlm: if you got a shower liner you would be able to read Thorium through Lawrencium, no problem.
rgmb: I knew what you meant.
phoenix: My geeknicity is showing.
jgm: yeah, that glavin will do it everytime.
actonbell: that would've come in handy during chem tests.
Geeky is right! Pretty neat though.

kyah: that's even better. I love it.
