That is one of the first things we learned in gun safety also. Assume the gun is loaded until you are sure it isn't. What a total moron. I hope he is relieved of teaching.

Cube - This is gun safety? They need to get a new teacher. One that has the sense to make sure the gun isn't loaded. It could have been worse.

Sue Hanes: It's rare, but it does happen. Owning a gun is a big deal and it's a situation that requires constant vigilance. Yes, thank goodness it wasn't worse.
