We may be second here in Florida. We have more than our share of idiots. As far as the POS in office, I know what you think 'cause it mirrors my own thinking. I pray God will watch over us in the final days of this misfit's administration.
The police aren't stupid. Once the word is out that they are randomly conducting unwarranted searches of homes for firearms, there won't be many police left. Maybe they can recruit from the inner cities for more cannon fodder, but I doubt it.
My son-in-law is a police officer in the city where I live in Southern California. I asked him what he thought. He said, "We're not confiscating anything".
In America, statistically every man woman and child has 1.7 firearms. There's not enough whiskey in Texas to do this sort of thing.
LL: Not that I needed it, but your comment did provide a level of comfort to me. We need to remember who the real heroes are in our society and they aren't necessarily community activists.
I live in California and our police force will never try something like that. First it is unconstitutional and second they don't care for liberal policies.
What bugs me is how it ignores the fact that you should have a constitutional right to face your accuser. Oh, well, what do i know, right? Just another dumb part of the electorate who really thinks the Constitution should work.

I knew when I click on this it was going to be California. We live in the worst state in the union for idiots controlling our every move.
You know what I think of the current joke residing in the white house.
Have a fabulous day. ☺

I wonder what the supreme court will say. And no, I'm not optimistic about it. 5 to 4 at best.
Jan: If I've read the article correctly and it's accurate, "Them's fighting words."
Messymimi: I agree. This is a raspberry in the face of the Constitution. It can't be allowed to stand.
Kid: You're more optimistic than I am.
