Hot Potato
Proof that some people have more money than brains:
HOT POTATO: SPUD PHOTOGRAPH SELLS FOR $1.08 MILLION
Photographer Kevin Abosch says, "I see commonalities between humans and potatoes that speak to our relationship as individuals within a collective species. Generally, the life of a harvested potato is violent and taken for granted. I use the potato as a proxy for the ontological study of the human experience."
Oh, Margaret.
*face plant*
Also proof that I'm in the wrong business.

Good grief. People are out of their minds.
Have a fabulous day. ☺
Sandee: Well it is an organic potato ;)
Wow!
I must now go check my sack of potatoes!
Always On Watch: Also, check the batteries on your cameras. What's the next wonder pic ... toe fungus? The world is so crazy I can't tell anymore.
mock if u will, but this baby will just continue to appreciate. This guy made a wise and bold investment for the future. All I'm leaving for my kids is a can of half-eaten Pringles Sour Cream and Onion chips.
People never cease to amaze me with their behavior, and spending habits.
It's depressing.
Cube - It is amazing what people will do to photograph something. A potato is an example of this.
DaBlade: Lol. What a generous dad. You could be giving your kids a lifetime of earnings, but I would would re-think the Pringles angle because they're so uniform. Art entails complexity... texture, color, form... OK, it's all BS anyway.
Cube, How about people paying 13 grand for a ticket to an Adele concert, or 9 grand to some other blasai event because scalpers have bought half the tickets. Seriously?
Wow....
And anyone that would pay more than 10 cents for a Picasso...
I think we're well beyond Fall or Rome.
Kid,
Signs of a bankrupt culture.
HUH?
The beauty of that awful thing is in the "EYE" of the beholder (sorry...couldn't resist!) xx
