Our family had an Irish setter that lost a front leg. He lived a log time after and it never held him back. Lucca was and will be fine.
Damn, dogs are such incredible animals and so often in service to us. They can sniff out medical conditions long before 'our technology' can. Lung Cancer, Epileptic fits. On and on. I'll take a dog over the vast majority of humans any day. True gifts from God to us.
