Lunar Eclipse

Early Tuesday morning, August 28th, there's going to be a colorful lunar eclipse visible from five continents including most of North America.

Go here to find the optimal viewing time for your location.

Don't forget to set your alarm clocks.

I've got the alarm set & will set up the coffeemaker before I go to sleep. I don't know if my girls will want to be up, but hubby & I will.

We watched. My girls were unresponsive at 5 am, but I tried again at ~6 am & they did come out.

"You woke us up for this?" was the refrain.

All four of us were up at just before 5 a.m. to try and see this thing through a cloudy sky.
It was fun, and my daughter managed to get a few good shots.
