About your Obama posts... I'm hoping that he continues to get more scrutiny from the MSM. He doesn't hold up well when he's confronted directly.
I'm kind of in your neck of the woods. I'm blogging from Savannah, GA right now. This is one of my favorite places on the planet!!!! I'm nearby FL, so I'm sending a wave your way.
BeckEye- Dogs come when called, cats have an answering service... Dogs have packs, cats have staff. About the only thing a kitty will "work" at is; getting into something they aren't supposed to, playing with and/or killing, bugs, lizards, mice and snakes, getting into a place where you can't haul them out of, and fussing when you try to cuddle them(with whiskers out and a quiet purr!) Good morning, G*D bless and Maranatha!
tmw Cube-Did you see that hysterical kitty in the shower picture at ICanHazCheeseburger? The expression on it's face is classic!
tmw: Cats are hard to win over & that is precisely why they are worth it. Like I said to beckeye, if you haven't experienced 'cat love', than you just don't know how special it can be.
BTW, we adopted another cat from the shelter; a tabby. He was in the Petsmart adoption area, and was so sweet it was impossible to pass the little guy by.
After a few days of adjustment, he and Jack are getting along well enough, and are even starting to play and share the two litter boxes, rather than each one claiming one.
The new guy didn't even notice the dogs! LOL! I even had to go around him with the vacuum cleaner, he was so nonplussed.

Oooooh, that's adorable.
Is that Jack or Jill ?

See, now I normally am not a cat person. But if I could get a kitty to work for me, then I would totally get one.

j.d.: I will take any waves you send my way because I know they will be filled with good stuff.
beckeye: Oh comon, dogs are easy to love. I mean, who doesn't love a dog?
Cat love is so much harder to win over because they are the rugged individualists of the animal kingdom.
If you have never experienced "cat love", then you would never know what I'm talking about.
If you can win over a cat, then that is a special thing indeed.

Cube-My daughter's cat has decided that I'm her favorite human...where did I go wrong? LOL!

tmw: you are a cat charmer!
Well, I don't work that hard for love unless I'm gonna get some real action out of it. ;)
That cat must belong to a leftist. Poor thing.

We're full up on animals now! LOL!
brooke: Your house sounds like our house. You'll have to post some pics now that you've piqued our curiousity.
