The Drumbeat article i , as they say, sad but true. It is everywhere and in everything. And I am criticized for homeschooling on the basis of socialization issues. Socialization is one of the main reasons I do home school.

You are exactly right, we need to act. That is why I put a free link on my site to the McCain campaign so people can sign up to volunteer or give a contribution. Also, the McCain camp needs to take this week and act to reclaim there momentum. If they can start leading the coverage and stay on offense during the debate, that makes all of our jobs much easier...

kris: Absolutely. The liberal drumbeat is everywhere. Many a dinner time at our house was spent on countering the liberal BS our kids got at their private Catholic school. I can't imagine how much worse it would've been at a public school.
BTW I admire the fortitude of every homeschooler. It's not an easy job.
