And I complain about the huge palmetto bugs here in Florida.

I know it's creepy big, but that spider looks like it could eat a buttload of bugs every day.

Lee: I'm sure these spiders can eat a bunch of bugs, but it's still creepy to think of them crawling all over the place. They are scarey big.

I'm sorry, lee, but I have a hard time finding ANY redeeming qualities in THOSE buggers (pardon the pun, unintended...but not bad! HEH!)!

MAN, are they huge and UUUUGLY!

I am never going there! YESH. My flesh is crawling away.

Yep, we specialise in nasty spiders, snakes, creepy crawly things and weird looking animals.

Come and visit - you'll see!

One less place DaBlade must visit *crosses Australia off his travel maps* I bet you'd know if you ate one of those buggers in your sleep.

Oh, come on DeBlade, think of our beautiful beaches, the best beaches in the world!

And hardly any people eaten by sharks each year.

spiders are usually only a problem when they have other smaller creatures to feed on. eliminate the other bugs and crawlie creatures around your abode and you'll have no problem with spiders.

cube - you'll love my latest "oh boo".

Brooke-- Yikes! I am with you... sitting here wide-eyed, waiting for their icky wrath to drop from my ceiling... Or from under the sofa, the bed, behind the toilet, under the sink... ick, ick, ick.
