No Doubt

Obama’s Olympic Failure Will Only Add To Doubts About His Presidency

Ya think?

There's never been any doubt in my mind that BO is supremely unqualified to be president.

who'd have thought we'd ever have a president we were delighted to see limp home empty handed?
But........I have to admit I was thrilled Chicago lost.
I think it DOES tarnish his reputation on the world scene, but not much; we read the European media and what OUR media's not telling us is he's not THAT POPULAR as they'd like us to think he is.

well personally I think you should reconsider your views, there were billions of dollars to be spent all over the midwest if the games were held in Chicago, your enjoyment shows the kind of economic polarization this country has today much as it did during the mid 1800's, it is pathetic to think Americans would wish failure on other Americans, I am begining to feel there are some elitists on the Eastern Seaboard, whom have gotten rich off of Midwestern taxes, if you take away Langley, Norfolk, and the Capital in washington does anyone think that Boston or New York would provide the lifestyles that are currently enjoyed ?

BO is a joke and, thanks to the boneheads who voted for him,
the joke is on us.

The media will try to minimize BO's mistakes, but they are delusional if they think they can still mold public opinion like they used to in the old days of Walter Cronkite.

Look at Dan Rather's pathetic example. A journalist using "fake but accurate" documents in a news story should've been fired for his lack of integrity and his poor judgement. Instead his colleagues present him with awards. Thank goodness there was some sanity in the court room and his case didn't prevail.

We must get the media onto rational footing because they aren't serving our best interests when they act like liberal lapdogs.

doug: I think there were billions to be made by the corrupt friends of Obama.

Cube, you mentioned Valerie Jarrett and the Olympics trip at another blog....Maybe Debbie's or Harkonnens?
Anyway, you were right..Jarrett DID go along and it's said that some real estate project she headed for a rich mogul a few years ago went belly up and that the building she messed up would have been bought and the land used for THE OLYMPICS had they won the bid, making her ex boss a very happy man.
And her NEW BOSS...well.....MAYBE HE DIDN'T KNOW! :-)

Z: Valerie Jarrett and other BO cronies stood to make a lot of money out of the Chicago Olympics.

And yeah, I'm sure BO didn't know just like he didn't know about Rezko's shady money deals, Rev. Wright's extreme anti-American views, the radical terrorist Bill Ayres & his wife, or ACORN getting tons of money from the federal government...

You know, for someone who doesn't know much, BO sure acts like a person who thinks he knows it all.

My friends in Chicago are sure that there was a lot of money to be made from the Olympics.

They are even more sure that they aren't the ones who will be making it.

Slum property would be bought and transformed and they would end up paying a lot of the cost.

"...wish failure on other Americans"? You mean like slumlords, Doug?

Great graphic!!

Jan: Thanks. I can't take credit for the graphic. I just googled obama empty suit and there it was.

I am sure there is much consternation in Chicago today because the corrupt friends of BO are now stuck with much of the property they bought up for a song in anticipation of selling it to the developers of the Olympic sites.

Ha! I'm glad for once they got the short end of the deal.

Oh, definitely. He's a lame duck for sure now. All it takes now is the failure of his precious socialist health care program to fail.

I've heard the BHO is pouting over the OIC's rejection. LOL!

What's funny is the one thing he had going for him is his speaking skills, oops not anymore.

But...but...his resume is so rich with executive experience.

He was a community organizer.

What more could we possibly ask for in a Commander in Chief?

Steve Harkonnen: From your lips to God's ear.

AlwaysOnWatch: Boo frikkin' hoo.

Chuck: Folks are beginning to see that the emperor is not wearing clothes. Too bad they didn't listen to us before the election was a done deal.

Pasadena Closet Conservative: heh heh. I think that in the post Obama world, the words 'community activist' won't have the same power they did in 2008. I'm just saying...
